At SAYSKY, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your run; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected and all original tags are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
